By purchasing a course or service from our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Digital Services Disclaimer

All courses offered by Maritime Academy Training are digital, online-based educational services.
As such, refunds are governed by digital content and service regulations rather than physical goods policies.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase

  • The learner has not accessed more than 20% of the course content

  • No certificate has been issued or downloaded

Once these conditions are exceeded, the purchase becomes non-refundable.


3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • Access to a significant portion of the course content

  • Certificate already issued or course marked as completed

  • Failure to complete the course within the access period

  • Change of mind after course access

  • Corporate or bulk enrolments (unless otherwise stated in a written agreement)


4. Corporate & B2B Clients

For corporate clients, shipping companies, or institutions:

  • Refund and cancellation terms are governed by contractual agreements

  • Custom training programmes, bulk licences, and tailored solutions are non-refundable

  • Any exception must be agreed upon in writing prior to purchase


5. Technical Issues

If a learner experiences verified technical issues that prevent access to the course and cannot be resolved by our support team, Maritime Academy Training may:

  • Extend course access

  • Offer an alternative course

  • Issue a partial or full refund at its discretion

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
