As such, refunds are governed by digital content and service regulations rather than physical goods policies.
Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:
The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase
The learner has not accessed more than 20% of the course content
No certificate has been issued or downloaded
Once these conditions are exceeded, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
Access to a significant portion of the course content
Certificate already issued or course marked as completed
Failure to complete the course within the access period
Change of mind after course access
Corporate or bulk enrolments (unless otherwise stated in a written agreement)
For corporate clients, shipping companies, or institutions:
Refund and cancellation terms are governed by contractual agreements
Custom training programmes, bulk licences, and tailored solutions are non-refundable
Any exception must be agreed upon in writing prior to purchase
If a learner experiences verified technical issues that prevent access to the course and cannot be resolved by our support team, Maritime Academy Training may:

Offer an alternative course
